Mark Dyer

• Assist companies from overseas who wish to set up offices, branches and subsidiaries in the UK.
• Over 20 years of experience gained at a "Big 6" firm of Chartered Accountants, a software distribution company and an investment management company, amongst others
• Developed our first phase website, the first interactive accountancy website in the UK
• Frequent visitor to Denver, Colorado and Austin, Texas where he specialises in advising and developing our US client base
• Served on the e-commerce working group of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland for its first two and a half years

Bill Dyer

• Key industry player with over 30 years experience and expert in all things accounting
